Jewellery

More family arguments arise over jewellery than anything else. Much jewellery is of little financial value but of significant emotional value. If there is competing demand for any specific items, the Executor can run a mini auction amongst the residuary beneficiaries, to determine who gets what. The sale monetary value then becomes part of the residue divisible between all the beneficiaries.
