When the Grant has been received you may now transfer and property (house, land & buildings) to the Beneficiary named in the Will or entitled under Intestacy. This process may not be necessary if the property is held as Joint Tenants.
Most people even if they have done a 'DIY' probate, will feel more comfortable leaving such land work to a professional person as there may be complications where leases or trust interests or notice requirements are involved.
